AbayaSooq.com (a part of Sooq Enterprise LLC) is an online marketplace that connects customers to sellers, designers, and brands. We act as an intermediary between both parties with a goal to protect the rights of each party. If your order is not up to expectations due to the seller’s fault, we will make sure the issue is resolved as per the policies mentioned below. However, note that there are situations that arise which don’t always cover the scenarios below, and hence we try our best to come up with a solution that is fair to both parties.

Customers are required to notify AbayaSooq.com of a defective item within 48 hours of receiving the shipment; otherwise, it is deemed that the product was received in good condition.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only allowed if an item is defective or not as described. Items should be returned within 7 days, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused with the original tags attached.

Returns and Refunds

  • You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as intimate or sanitary goods.
  • Returns are only allowed if an item is defective or not as described. Items should be returned within 7 days, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused with the original tags attached.
  • Customers will be eligible for a refund, which will be made back to their same credit/debit cards. In the event a payment was made through bank transfer, the refund will be done through Abaya Sooq credit.
  • Returns and refunds are not applicable for refusing to accept delivery of an order.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@abayasooq.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund process may take a few days to reflect on your account.

Cancellation

  • Customers can cancel their orders within 1 hour of purchase and refunds will be made back to the original mode of payment. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed, and note that the amount refunded will be net of bank processing charges.
